Ghost Detector by Phantom Chips

Phantom screecher workshop

In this workshop you will learn about electronics and electromagnetic frequencies and build your own EMF detector.  The detector picks up electromagnetic frequencies which light an LED that controls the sound.

It is believed by some people that a ghostly presence can be associated with a fluctuation in temperature and electromagnetic energy.  This has not been proven however an EMF detector is a common tool used by ghost hunters.

Here’s an example of a prototype

The Phantom screecher is made of two parts. An EMF detector which lights an LED when Electromagnetic frequencies are detected.  This light controls the sound of a square wave oscillator.

In this workshop you will experiment with electronics and build your own phantom screecher.  You will learn to solder and about basic audio electronics. No experience in electronics is required.
